Starting with a full body exfoliation to remove dry skin and boost your circulation you will then be wrapped in a warm cocoon of fresh seaweed. Seaweed is rich in iodine, antioxidants and amino acids all of which help to boost the body and improve cellular health. Whilst you are wrapped you will receive a soothing scalp massage to help you drift into a deep state of relaxation.
